What is the GLA:D® Program?
Good Life with osteoArthritis: Denmark (GLA:D®) is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis. Many people think surgery is the only option, but with the right exercise program and education, pain can be significantly reduced and strength and function restored.
GLA:D® Australia is a not-for-profit initiative led by La Trobe University, continuing to collect information from participants to improve access to the best possible care.
